Harlem Township Trustees

Jerry Paul Jerry Paul

Jerry is in marine sales and has lived in Harlem Township most of his life. He has been a trustee since 1984 and was on the Zoning Board prior to becoming a trustee. He is a member of the Harlem Civic Association and the New Hope Bible Church in New Albany.

Jerry is married to wife Gayle, and has four grown children and four grandchildren.

Robert Singer Robert Singer

Bob has been a resident of Harlem Township since 1982. He has been married to his wife Nancy since 1974, and they are blessed with having two daughters and seven grandchildren.

Bob has had a career in business and is semi-retired. During the past 25 years he has served on many Delaware County non-profit boards and committees representing Harlem Township.

Dave Jackson David Jackson

Dave is a grain farmer and is a lifelong resident of Harlem Township. He has been a trustee since 1997 and previously served on the zoning board of appeals for several years.

Dave is currently a cooperating member of the Delaware County Soil Conservation Service and a member of the advisory board for ditch petitions. He is married to wife Belinda.

Township Clerk

Julie has been a Harlem Township Resident all her life. She was elected in 2015, took office April 1, 2016. Julie and her husband, Brad, are grain farmers. They have a daughter, Ava. Julie is a volunteer for the Hartford Fair and helps raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is a member of St Paul Lutheran Church.
